For a business site that needs occasional small changes. Includes Care + Malware Protection and up to 30 minutes of minor website tasks each month.
Use the allowance for small text changes, image replacements or routine settings. We confirm whether a request fits before starting.
1 hour of tasks per month
For a store with changing content and a greater need for recent backups. Includes care and malware protection, hourly backups, routine checkout checks and up to one hour of minor tasks each month.
The task allowance can cover small product or content changes and agreed configuration work. New store features and substantial repairs are quoted separately.
2 hours of tasks per month
For one site that needs more regular attention. Includes the Commerce services with up to two hours of planned tasks each month.
We agree on priorities so the allowance goes to the work that matters most. Larger projects and additional sites receive their own quote.
Save 16.67% with annual billing compared with twelve monthly payments. The full annual amount is paid upfront. Domain registrations have their own annual prices. Every care plan covers one named WordPress site. Hosting is separate.

Task time resets each month and does not carry forward. Annual customers receive the stated allowance in every service month. Major debugging, redesigns, new features, SEO campaigns and work on other sites are quoted separately.
We start care on supported, clean WordPress sites with valid software licences and working access. If your site is already infected or has serious update conflicts, we agree on the repair work first.
Protection helps detect or block threats. Recovery is the hands on work required after a site has been compromised. No protection service can promise that a site will never be infected.
If there is an incident, we assess the recovery separately and explain the cost before proceeding.
We check the site, access and software before confirming a suitable plan.
We configure updates, backups, monitoring and the protection included in your plan.
You receive a monthly report, with any work outside the plan explained and quoted.
Yes, if the hosting and WordPress setup support the care service and provide the access we need.
No. Each care subscription covers one named WordPress site. A hosting plan with five websites needs separate care for each site you want us to maintain.
Tell us what happened and we will assess the available backup and restoration work. Any work outside your plan or task allowance is explained before you approve it. A backup cannot guarantee recovery from every incident.
We review the exception during staffed hours. If the fix needs substantial debugging, replacement software or development work, we quote that work separately.
Monitoring runs automatically. Human review and responses take place during staffed hours. The care plans do not include continuous engineer attendance.
