Keep your own address
Use an address on a domain you own. Your website can stay with another provider while we host your email. We review the domain settings before changing where new mail is delivered.
Domain registration is separate. These plans provide ordinary business email. Bulk campaigns, external delivery relays and office software subscriptions are outside the plan.
Setup that makes sense
Tell us which addresses you need and where the domain is managed. We agree on the required DNS changes and provide the connection details for supported email apps.
Annual Mail Team includes initial setup of up to five mailboxes and basic domain configuration. Moving existing messages, repeated device assistance and more involved troubleshooting are quoted separately.

Common questions
Can I keep old messages?
Yes, if the source system supports a suitable transfer. Message migration is assessed separately and quoted at US$50.00 per hour.
Can five people share all the storage?
Mail Team gives each mailbox up to 2GB, with 10GB across five mailboxes. Ask us before ordering if an individual inbox needs more space.
Does hosting already include email?
Yes. Hosting Start, Plus and Pro include their stated mailbox counts within the shared hosting storage. An email plan is useful when you only need mail or want it separated from your website plan.
Is this a bulk mailing service?
No. These plans are for normal business correspondence. Sending limits and acceptable use apply. Tell us about automated or higher volume sending before choosing a service.
Can you guarantee inbox delivery?
No provider can guarantee every message reaches every inbox. Correct domain settings and responsible sending help, and we can investigate a reported delivery problem.
