The starting price covers an assessed recovery that fits within two hours. Dprime performs the removal manually. More extensive infections, unsupported software and wider account compromises receive a separate quote.
The agreed work can include checking files, the database and accounts, removing identified malicious changes, reviewing likely entry points and explaining the steps needed after recovery.

This combines one eligible manual recovery with Care + Malware Protection for the recovered site. It gives you a defined recovery job followed by routine care, monitoring and added protection.
After the first year, care renews at the listed US$150.00 annual price. Future malware removal is separate. This bundle is the combined price of the two services.

Carry out recovery
We perform the agreed manual work and check the site for the issues identified in the assessment.
Explain the outcome
We report the work completed, any remaining concerns and the changes needed to reduce the chance of another incident.
Recovery scope
The quote identifies the site, work and time allowance. Rebuilding missing content, replacing unlicensed software, repairing unrelated faults and recovering other services are outside the starting package unless included in the quote.
We can help with a search engine review request after cleanup, but its outcome and timing are controlled by the search provider. We cannot guarantee that all lost content can be recovered.

Do you use an external cleanup service?
No. Dprime performs the malware removal manually. Our ongoing care and protection service is separate from the recovery work.
Can you start immediately?
Tell us if the incident is urgent. We confirm availability before accepting priority work. Accepted urgent work is quoted at US$75.00 per hour.
Will the site stay clean forever?
No service can guarantee that. Software updates, access controls, licences and hosting conditions all matter. We explain the changes required after the recovery.
Can you restore a backup instead?
A suitable clean backup may help, but it must be assessed. Restoring an infected copy or leaving the original entry point open can bring the problem back.
Does a care plan include this work?
Manual recovery is separate from ordinary care and protection. The recovery with care bundle includes one eligible cleanup and one year of the specified care plan.
