One standard website migration is included with each new hosting subscription, after assessment. It covers a straightforward move that fits within one hour, with working access and a usable backup or export. Additional sites, complex applications, malware repair and manual email transfers are separate. Additional migration work costs US$50.00 per hour, with the scope agreed first.
Choosing a plan with five or fifteen websites still includes one eligible standard migration. Extra websites are assessed separately.
What we check first
We review the current platform, site size, access, backup or export and the work needed to bring the site across. We also check whether the website shares services with email or another application.
The included move is for a straightforward website transfer. Rebuilding a site, cleaning malware, rewriting an application and moving a large amount of email require a separate scope.

Copy and test
We copy the agreed site content and database, then check the destination before the domain switch.
Coordinate the switch
We agree on the DNS changes and final checks, then explain when the old service can be reviewed for cancellation.
Keep the old service available
Keep the existing hosting active until the move and checks are complete. Where practical, avoid changing the site while the final copy is being made.
Stores and other sites with new orders, bookings or user activity may need a planned pause or an additional data sync. We explain the approach before the move. A migration can involve a service interruption, so timing matters.
Email needs its own plan
Website files and email messages are different parts of a move. Tell us whether you want to keep email with the current provider or transfer it too.
We review mailbox size, access and the source platform before quoting a message transfer. The included website migration does not include a manual transfer of all email.
Common questions
Can I keep my domain registrar?
Yes. A website move often only requires DNS changes. A domain transfer is a separate decision.
Will there be downtime?
We plan the transfer and test before switching where possible. Some projects need an agreed interruption or a pause on new content. We confirm that during assessment.
How long will the move take?
It depends on access, the website, data size and the required checks. We give you an expected schedule after reviewing the site.
Is a hacked site eligible?
A site with an active infection needs recovery assessment first. Malware repair is outside the included standard migration.
Can you move several websites?
Yes. One eligible site move is included with a new hosting subscription. Additional moves are quoted at US$50.00 per hour.
